The Colbeck housing development was developed by the National Housing Trust, on 100 Acres in St. Catherine. CEAC was commissioned by the NHT to review the designs and provide value engineering recommendations for the clientCEAC also liaised with design engineers and monitored the installation of the infrastructure while providing contract administration services. To date, works are still being done on the project as the housing units are currently being constructed.
