Jamaica Energy Partners is a major independent power provider to the Jamaican grid. In both expansions as well as operation phases, they have called on CEAC to provide thermal outfall design services for their power barges. CEAC Solutions in association with CL Environmental conducted detailed oceanographic surveys and thermal plume modelling for the existing and proposed barge in place as a part of the submission of EIA for the projects replacement designs post hurricanes.
