PROJECT DETAILS

The Jamaica Energy Partners, in response to the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) requests to build and operate a 60-megawatt plant, has proposed to construct a plant of the said capacity in West Kingston. The scope of work involved a traffic impact assessment, drainage outside and within the plant boundaries to determine if they comply with local design standards and an assessment of the flooding risk of the site location due to storm surge.
