PROJECT DETAILS

The Half Moon Resort is located in the parish of St. James, approximately 9km northeast of the town of Montego Bay. The resort sits on 1.62 square kilometers (400 acres) of land and comprises of 62 cottages, 91 suites and 267 villas with a total of 456 rooms for guests. The proprietors intended to construct a Back of House facility with the main objective of increasing the efficiency of the daily operations. The facility includes a central energy plant, food services, housekeeping services as well as general/vehicle maintenance and storage.

Half Moon Resorts engaged CEAC to provide assistance with regulatory approvals as well as construction monitoring services to include civil works and environmental assessments.
