Caribbean Cement Company Limited (Carib Cement) is located in Rockfort, Kingston and is the producer of Portland cement using one hundred percent Jamaican raw materials since 1952. CEAC has provided, directly and through its associates, services in port condition assessment, wastewater treatment and other infrastructure needs.
Port condition assessments entail multiple assessments of both post-collision and routine surveys of the gypsum, coal and cement piers using underwater inspection techniques and videography.
The wastewater treatment services provide detailed in-sewer camera inspection of all main sewer lines, and mapping of constricted and broken sewers. The sewer inline inspection was conducted using an Aries inline camera known as the Seeker. The ARIES SEEKER portable lateral video inspection system is the latest in compact, lightweight, portable inspection technology.
